Lead Time: 10 working days after the official order

SARAO invites the submission of quotations for the following:

• 4x Vacuum Pump Starter
  PN: EA-MK-230
  Repair and testing of units to original build specification. Units to be
  delivered with fault report
• 2x Receiver System Controller
  PN: EA-MK-110
  Repair and testing of units to original build specification. Units to be
  delivered with fault report
• 1x Helium Compressor Controller
  PN: EA-MK-560
  Repair and testing of units to original build specification. Units to be
  delivered with fault report
• 1x Vacuum Services Test Hardware
  PN: EA-MK-330
  Repair and testing of units to original build specification. Units to be
  delivered with fault report

N.B. SARAO will courier the units to the supplier and the supplier must quote for the delivery to Klerefontein, Carnarvon, Northern Cape once the units are repaired.

COVID 19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR CONTRACTORS EMPLOYEE’S: The contractor’s employees will be required present a COVID 19 vaccination certificate or negative PCR test which was obtained no longer than 48 hours prior to the service rendered at SARAO sites or offices.
