Summary:

SARAO wishes to appoint the services of a qualified videographer to record the ARIWS 2021 workshop presentations for publications on the E-Learning curriculum webpage
The successful bidder will be required to render the following services:

• 2 x Pre-production consultation (room setup and event planning)
• 10 videos x Zoom webinar recordings, remote presentations using laptop and webcam
• 10 videos x Zoom webinar recordings, presenters on location SARAO CPT offices
• 40 x sessions Two editing feedback session per video
• 5 Days Equipment hire for 5-day workshop
  • projecting and mounting hire if deemed necessary
  • sound equipment hire if deemed necessary
  • lighting equipment hire
  • support equipment for streaming and capture
• 2 persons (max) x Support personal for 5 days Equipment setup and testing
