Site Inspection (Compulsory): 24 June 2021 at 10.00 AM

Venue for Site Venue: The Johannesburg Observatory, 18A Gill Street, Johannesburg

Details of Site Visit: Persons attending the clarification meeting and site visit must be duly authorised to represent the bidder. Persons arriving more than 15 minutes after the commencement of the meeting will not be admitted into the meeting room and will be deemed to have not attended the meeting and as such, will be precluded from submitting a bid. Any bid submitted by a bidder not represented at the clarification meeting and site visit will be rejected.

Bid Submission:Electronic submissions must be sent to tenders@ska.ac.za. Bids must be submitted in two separate electronic folders, one with the compliance and technical response, and the second with the financial response. Technical submissions must be in searchable PDF format. The financial response must be password protected. Folders must be titled with the bidder’s company name and folder title. Attachments are limited to 25 MB per email. Bidders are to send an email to tenders@ska.ac.za post submission with the password to their financial envelope. Receipts will be confirmed by SARAO via email.
