• 10 x Year 1 – 2022 Retinography/Scan or picture of the back of the Retina of the eye
• 10 x Year 2 – 2023 Retinography/Scan or picture of the back of the Retina of the eye
• 10 x Year 3 – 2024 Retinography/Scan or picture of the back of the Retina of the eye

N.B. Retinography test to be conducted at supplier premises
