SARAO invites the submission of quotations for ISO 9001:2015 Accreditation of SARAO offices in Cape Town, Johannesburg & Karoo Site (Northern Cape).

Deliverables/ Requirements
The scope of work for this category may include, but is not necessarily limited to, the following items as listed below:
The Certification Company is required to:

1. Examine / Audit existing processes and procedures throughout SARAO departments to verify they meet the standard required for ISO9001:2015 certification;
2. Existing SARAO office locations are as follows:
   • Cape Town – Head Office,
   • Johannesburg – Secondary Office,
   • Northern Cape (Karoo, Carnarvon) – Karoo Site (Site offices & Telescope)
   • Provide ISO9001:2015 certification for Cape Town, Johannesburg and Northern Cape (Karoo, Carnarvon) offices.
3. Provide annual audit reports (for the duration of the contract) for the audited offices, Cape Town, Johannesburg and Northern Cape (Karoo, Carnarvon)

Timelines
The commencement date will be 4 working days after the contract is awarded

N.B.
Please, in the pricing schedule, indicate Increase percentage (%) for further three years after the three years contract expirers

NB: The SARAO SCM office is open for delivery daily from 8am-3pm
