Location: SARAO Losberg Site which is located about 100km from the Northern Cape town of Carnarvon

Lead time (purchase order date): 10 working days after the official order

SARAO invites the submission of quotations for the Quarterly System Service of the KAPD Fire Suppression System:
1. Quarterly System Service of the Bosch Fire Detection System: Bosch, Ziton and Easton (EN54)
2. System Service on Fire Suppression System (Inergen Gas Suppression System) Eckoshield 227ea and Fire Eater Inergen (UL & FM)
2.1. Inspection of the system including the fire control panel, gas control unit, detectors and cylinders
2.2. Each Device to be Tested and Cleaned
2.3. Batteries must be Tested
2.4. The time sequences will be tested
2.5. The gas discharge will be tested
2.6. Siren, strobes and bells will be tested
3. System Service of PA/ Evacuation System: Bosch Plena VAS and Praesideo (EN54)

COVID 19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR CONTRACTORS EMPLOYEE’S: The contractor’s employees will be required present a COVID 19 vaccination certificate or negative PCR test which was obtained no longer than 48 hours prior to the service rendered at SARAO sites or offices.
