SARAO invites the submission of quotations for Panel: provision of general building maintenance services at SARAO Johannesburg office in Observatory for a period of two years.

The Johannesburg office of SARAO are leased buildings. From time to time regular maintenance is required for the general upkeep of leased areas It is the objective of this Bid to identify and appoint a panel of up to 4 service providers to perform maintenance services for SARAO offices in the following categories below:

• Air-conditioning maintenance / Cooling Maintenance
• Electrical Services
• Security Surveillance and Biometrics
• Painting Services
• Carpenter
• Builder / Plasterer / Drywall partitioning and all building-related repairs besides
• General Handyman Services
• Plumbing Services
