Lead Time: 10 working days after the official order

SARAO invites the submission of quotations for the following;
Request for a suitable service provider to conduct environmental surveys listed below, make recommendations and produce a coherent report;

• Day Illumination Survey, make recommendations and produce a report (x 129 rooms which includes, offices, kitchen, ablusion facilities, utility room, meeting room, stores)
• Night Illumination Survey, make recommendations and produce a report (x 17 - Site Services offices, Sazhen Control Room, SLR, Electronic Workshop plus office, Control room, SHEQ Office and Security Hut)
• Noise Induced Hearing Loss Survey, make recommendations and produce a report.
• Hazardous Chemical Substances Survey, make recommendations and produce a report.

N.B.

• Reports to be produced and sent SARAO as PDF Soft copies
• Environmental Surveys to be conducted at SARAO - HartRAO offices at Farm 502 JQ Hartebeesthoek, Broedestroom Road Hartebeesthoek, 1740
• Successful bidder to comply with SARAO health and Safety protocols including submitting a negative PCR test NOT older than 48 hours prior to conducting required work

COVID 19 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTRACTORS EMPLOYEE’S
All service provider employees contracted to work at any SARAO will be required to present COVID 19 vaccination certificate or negative PCR test which was obtained no longer than 48 hours prior to the service rendered at SARAO site or office.
