• 1x Calibration of Mitutoyo Digimatic Holtest Bore micrometer 3"-3.5", IP 65, S/N: 6014228 (measuring unit), S/N: 607959 (3 point measuring head) + 1x Collection and delivery of item nr 1 from: Address: 10 Zuidmeer, Charleston Hill, Paarl, 7646 DONNEES ENGINEERING PAARL (Contact Person Johan Koen/Liza Kotze)
• 1x Calibration of Mitutoyo Digimatic Holtest Bore micrometer 2.5"-3", IP 65, S/N: 6002040 (measuring unit), S/N: 539414 (3 point measuring head)
• 1x Calibration of Mitutoyo External Micrometer IP 54, 2"- 3.2", S/N: 61004362
• 1x Collection and delivery of item nr 2&3 from SARAO Carnarvon, Klerefontein Store, (Contact Person Franklin Hartnick)

COVID 19 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTRACTORS EMPLOYEE’S
All service provider employees contracted to work at any SARAO will be required to present COVID 19 vaccination certificate or negative PCR test which was obtained no longer than 48 hours prior to the service rendered at SARAO site or office.
