SARAO invites the submission of quotations for the following;

• Supply and Installation of Shed over existing clinic roof and in front of the clinic
• Supply and installation concrete in front of the clinic

N.B. The concrete must be laid in front of the clinic where the vehicle stands, from one end to the other end of the clinic.

1. The SHED must be installed over the whole clinic and also over the other small shed to prevent raining inside the clinic.
2. Service providers must come and do measurements before they submit their quote.

COVID 19 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTRACTORS EMPLOYEE’S
All service provider employees contracted to work at any SARAO will be required to present COVID 19 vaccination certificate or negative PCR test which was obtained no longer than 48 hours prior to the service rendered at SARAO site or office.
