• 1x Repair of RF wave Generator (Make: Agilent / Model E4428C / Serial Number: MY45280754)
• 1x Calibration of Unit after repair

COVID 19 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTRACTORS EMPLOYEE’S
All service provider employees contracted to work at any SARAO will be required to
present COVID 19 vaccination certificate or negative PCR test which was obtained no
longer than 48 hours prior to the service rendered at SARAO site or office.
