• 1x Repair faulty Lenze power supply unit M048 SN13287693 03917315 000002
• 1x Repair faulty Lenze power supply unit M034 SN 13287693 03917315 000003
• 1x Repair faulty Lenze amplifier unit M048 AZ1 SN 13490829 07305103 000005
• 1x Repair faulty Lenze amplifier unit M048 AZ2 SN 13490829 07303422 000009
• 1x Repair faulty Lenze amplifier unit M046 AZ2 SN 13490829 07277682 000002
• 1x Pick up faulty power supply units at Klerefontein and deliver to SA Power Alberton. After faulty units are repaired pick up repaired units and new power supplies and deliver to Klerefontein

COVID 19 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTRACTORS EMPLOYEE’S
All service provider employees contracted to work at any SARAO will be required to present COVID 19 vaccination certificate or negative PCR test which was obtained no longer than 48 hours prior to the service rendered at SARAO site or office.
