Description:

SARAO invites the submission of quotations for the provision of occupational hygiene and risk exposure at Losberg area.

Deliverables/ Requirements
The scope of work for this category may include, but is not necessarily limited to, the following components as listed below:
Deliverables:

• Following actions to be carried out in compliance with occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993;
  • Carry out Occupational Hygiene Risk Assessment, engage with stakeholders, make recommendations and produce a report.
  • Carry out Hazardous Chemical Substances Survey, engage with stakeholders, make recommendations and produce a report.
  • Carry out Noise Survey, engage with stakeholders, make recommendations and produce a report.
  • Carry out Illumination Survey, engage with stakeholders, make recommendations and produce a report.
  • Surveys to be conducted in line with relevant SANS/ISO/IEC standards.
• This is a once (1) off service request.

NB: The SARAO SCM office is open for delivery daily from 8am-3pm.
