Scope of work

The purpose of this contract is to procure the professional services necessary to implement the Client’s objective of detail planning, design, preparation of estimates and contract supervision for the construction of the new SARAO office building and Science Processing Centre (SPC) at the NRF site where iThemba labs is currently housed.
The Service Provider will furthermore be required to procure, on instruction from the Client, any other specialist services as may be required for the successful implementation of this project, in terms of a sub-consultancy or sub-contract agreement.

Note: Due to restrictions imposed by the National Lockdown, and our own internal safety measures, SARAO staff primarily work remotely, and therefore any enquiries relating to this Request for Quotations must be directed to the email addresses provided above.
