Appointment of qualified videographer for recording of Live Streaming E-Learning segments

Request for quotations

SARAO invites the submission of quotations for the recording, editing, package and archive of e-learning material for the organisation. The service providers will be required to record the E-learning segments/ videos, make the necessary edits, package it with the necessary logo’s, power –point presentations, ad maintain a copy of the relevant working files. The Power Point presentations will be supplied by the relevant presenter/s.

The recordings must be done via Zoom or a similar platform. The service provider must initiate the call, record the call, edit out any imperfections, and add and delete which must be taken out and packaged into segments no longer than 30 minutes. Service providers need to record the session in 1080P or minimum 720P and its needs to be supplied in a format which will be determined later.

Two edit sessions, with the content specialist, will be required per recording.
A total of 10 e-learning videos are required

NB: The SARAO SCM office is open for delivery daily from 8am-3pm
