A compulsory on-site briefing session will be held as follows:

Venue: Kareeberg Local Municipality Public Library located at 5 Lang Street, Carnarvon
GPS Co-ordinates: 30°57’28.18”S (latitude); 22° 7’38.36”E (longitude)
The briefing session will be followed by a compulsory site visit.
Submission Instructions: Electronic submissions must be sent to tenders@ska.ac.za
Bids must be submitted in two separate electronic folders, one with the compliance and technical response, and the second with the financial response. Technical submissions must be in searchable PDF format.
The financial response must be password protected. Folders must be titled with the bidder’s company name and folder title. Attachments are limited to 25 MB per email.
Bidders are to send an email to tenders@ska.ac.za post submission with the password to their financial envelope.
