After registering, bidders will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting

Compulsory Site Meeting: A site visit will take place on 21 January 2022 at 10:00 am, at the following venue – Venue: The Johannesburg Observatory, 18A Gill Street, Johannesburg

Bidders who attended the briefing session and site visit held during the first advertisement of this tender in June 2021, need not attend both sessions for the re-advertised bid

Bid Submission: Electronic submissions must be sent to tenders@sarao.ac.za
Bids must be submitted in two separate electronic folders, one with the compliance and technical response, and the second with the financial response. Technical submissions must be in searchable PDF format.
Folders must be titled with the bidder’s company name and folder title. Attachments are limited to 25 MB per email.
