Background screening services are defined as the use of a service provider that perform the service of; screening an individual or applicants’ credentials or history including inter alia educational, work, criminal, credit, and identity reference on behalf of SARAO.

SARAO HR requires a partner to provide solutions for its People Management Support Services nationally in terms of the anticipated volume of the Market Demand Strategy (MDS); it also sought to improve its current recruitment processes for providing these services to its end user community throughout its various locations.

All Background and reference checks will be conducted for all recommended candidates. Therefore, all qualifications provided in the application process must be verified before appointment.
