SARAO Invites bidders to supply a quote for the rental supply and delivery of AV/ Sound and stage:

SARAO requires the services of an AV and Sound company for the delivery and set up of a 3mx3m mobile stage, 750mm high, inclusive of one set of steps, Perspex lectern , 4 x speakers, 4 x speaker stands, 1x projector screen, 1x projector, 1x table for projector,1x hardwired mic with mic stand, 1x sound desk with plugins for media, 1x sound desk technician, 1x laptop (With Mac adaptor) for presentations. Set up to take place on Sunday October 16, 2022.

Event day and breakdown is on 17 October 2022 and departure on Tuesday 18 October 2022. Please include S&T’s and travel to Carnarvon, in your costing. Accommodation will be provided by SARAO.
