Summary:

SARAO wishes to appoint a reputable learning institute to provide training in the field/ area of Fundamentals in Project Management. The amount of trainees for this particular course is seventy [70] The level of training required must be certified by an approved authority.

The course should include but not be limited to:
Define the key project concepts, principals and techniques of effective project management, planning and scheduling, included focus on communication, team building and project leadership, to get the most out of your team, manage, control and execute project throughout life cycle.
